Description
Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Texas Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) settings preferred.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records preferred; familiarity with Net Health (Rehab Optima) and PointClickCare (PCC) is preferred.
- Productivity expectation: ability to meet a 90% productivity requirement.
- Comfort treating 8–12 residents per day in a mixed skilled nursing and Part B outpatient environment.
- Black scrubs required for dress code.
- New graduates will be considered if eager to learn; preference for Level II Fieldwork SNF experience.

- Weekend Requirement: Weekends are not required; department may allow flexible scheduling with occasional weekend coverage exchanged for a weekday.
- Caseload: Typically 8–12 residents per day across SNF and Part B services.
- EMR Systems: Net Health (formerly Rehab Optima) and PointClickCare (PCC) in use.
