Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Idaho state license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification required from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with documentation systems and patient care planning in post-acute or long-term care environments preferred.
