Description

Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Position

Location: Lewiston, Idaho
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 40 hours (4 - 10-hour shifts, Wednesday through Saturday)

Job Description

Physical Therapists diagnose and treat individuals of all ages who have medical problems or health-related conditions limiting their mobility and functional activities. Responsibilities include:

Examining patients and developing treatment plans to promote movement, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability
Creating fitness and wellness programs to prevent loss of mobility
Providing care in various settings, primarily covering the Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) with possible float to inpatient units if census is low

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Idaho
Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association

Additional Notes

This is a travel assignment
Must be available to work the specified shift pattern (Wednesday to Saturday, 10-hour shifts)
Prior travel experience is not explicitly required
