Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient settings preferred.
• Experience with therapeutic exercise, modalities, and gait training preferred.
