Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active FL State PTA license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Client requires ability to support care plans for geriatric populations and assist with transfers, mobility training, and restorative programs.
• Ability to follow direction from supervising Physical Therapist and document care according to facility protocols.
