Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in Virginia required to start the assignment.
• Current BLS/CPR certification from AHA or ARC.
• Home health experience preferred. Candidate must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and agency-required liability insurance.
• Familiarity with electronic documentation and basic computer navigation, including email and online training platforms.
• 2–3 years of physical therapy clinical experience preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Home Health.
• Shift Name: Evenings.
• Shift Pattern: 5x8 evening shifts.
• Job Type: Travel assignment.
• Clinical Responsibilities: Perform patient evaluations, provide therapeutic services per physician orders, supervise and evaluate PTAs and home health aides as assigned.
• Must provide home visits and coordinate care and discharge planning in accordance with plan of care.
