Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience. No new graduates accepted; candidate must have prior outpatient caseload experience.
• Experience evaluating and developing individualized treatment plans, documenting in electronic medical records, and writing goals and letters of medical necessity.
• Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants and students as needed.
• Must maintain professional licensure and fulfill state-mandated continuing education requirements.
• Preferred: Experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports-medicine settings and proficiency with functional outcome measures and charge entry.

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Schedule: 5x8 (40 hours per week).
• Shift Name: Other.
• Duration: 13 week assignment.
• Float Requirement: Candidate may be required to float to other clinics within the region as needed.
• Start: Position begins in July. Candidate must be available to start at that time.
