Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Georgia State Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Outpatient physical therapy experience required. Prior experience evaluating and treating musculoskeletal and post-operative patients preferred.
- Experience with documentation systems including goal writing, letters of medical necessity, functional quality indicator assessment, and charge entry preferred.
- Experience supervising or providing direction to support staff and students preferred.
- Maintain professional licensure in good standing and complete state-mandated continuing education as required.

Additional Job Information
Evaluates assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans according to patient needs, goals, and physician direction. Responsible for delegation and direction of discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients. Ensures functional treatment programs that promote return to community activities. Completes timely, accurate documentation in compliance with clinic and regulatory requirements. Participates in student programs when assigned. Upholds professional standards, organizational safety practices, and the clinic code of conduct.
