Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Georgia Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient experience required. Prior experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred.
• Experience performing comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, goal writing, and documentation in compliance with regulatory and payer requirements.
• Experience with charge entry and electronic medical record documentation preferred.
• Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants and students. Student supervision experience preferred.
• Current professional liability insurance or ability to obtain as required by client.

• Facility Type: Outpatient.
• Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
• Duration: 13 Week assignment.
• Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other clinic locations as needed.
