Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Illinois Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working independently in an outpatient setting is required.
• Experience with Medicare documentation and outpatient evaluation/treatment planning is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with orthopedic and musculoskeletal populations.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems used in outpatient clinics.
• Prior travel or contract therapy experience preferred.
