Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Arizona Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
- Ability to provide 8-hour day shifts and flexibility to work weekends as requested by the client. (Client requires weekend availability.)
- Current clinical documentation skills and experience with outpatient therapy modalities and equipment preferred.

- Facility Type: Outpatient.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Hours: 8-hour day shifts.
- Typical Schedule: 5 days per week.
- Assignment Length: 13 week assignment.
- Candidate may be asked to float to other facilities as needed.
