What We're Looking For


  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state licensure in good standing (or eligibility)
  • ASHA CCC's
  • Educator's License

Minimum Requirements


  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current state licensure in good standing with North Carolina or eligibility to obtain licensure in North Carolina.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred but applicants with equivalent clinical licensure will be considered.
  • Valid Educator's License or eligibility for the district's educator credentialing.
  • Experience working in school-based settings required. Client requests candidates with experience serving elementary (K–5) and middle/high school populations; two SLP openings: one for K–5 with preschool and one for middle/high school.
  • Experience conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and providing direct therapy in school environments.
  • Ability to comply with district, state, and federal documentation and reporting requirements.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with school-based caseload management, progress monitoring, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

  • Facility Type: School.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Two openings: one caseload focused on K–5 including preschool; one caseload focused on middle and high school students.

  • Provide speech and language therapy in a school-based setting.
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver goal-aligned therapy.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams.
  • Maintain compliant documentation per district, state, and federal guidelines.
