What We're Looking For
- Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Current state license in good standing with the State License Board
- NBCOT Certification
- Educator's License
Minimum Requirements
- Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current Occupational Therapy license valid in North Carolina.
- NBCOT certification required.
- Valid Educator's License or school-based credential accepted by the district.
- Experience providing occupational therapy services in a school setting, including conducting assessments and developing IEPs.
- Experience with pediatric caseloads, specifically elementary (K-5) and middle school populations; candidate will serve a K-5/MS split for both openings.
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary school teams and maintain compliant documentation per district, state, and federal guidelines.
- Preferred: Experience working in public school districts and familiarity with school-based assistive technology and classroom accommodations.

What You'll Do:
- Provide occupational therapy services in a school-based setting for elementary and middle school students.
- Conduct standardized and curriculum‑based assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver individualized and group therapy aligned to student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, speech and language therapists, special education staff, and administrators to support student progress.
- Maintain compliant documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines and participate in IEP meetings.
