Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active Arizona state SLP license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in an inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital or inpatient rehab setting preferred.
• Experience treating patients with stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, spinal cord injury, amputation, and complex swallow disorders preferred.
• Familiarity with inpatient documentation systems and interdisciplinary team collaboration preferred.
