Description

Minimum Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA.
- Active Arizona state SLP license is required to start the assignment.
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
- Experience with dysphagia management, cognitive-communication disorders, and standardized assessment tools preferred.

- Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Hours: 08:30–16:30.
- Shift Pattern: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
- Contract Length: 13 weeks.
