Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy required. Candidate should be able to perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and document evaluations, goals, and progress in a timely manner.
• Experience with functional outcome measures, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise or delegate to support staff and provide student supervision is preferred.
• Must adhere to state practice act, maintain professional licensure in good standing, and complete required continuing education.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Duration: 13 week assignment.
• Shift Pattern: 5x8, Monday through Friday.
