· Number of Beds – 42 bed IP Rehab unit
· Number of Staff – Varies on shift and volume, average of 12 staff
· Type of staff: Director, Lead PT, Physical and Occupational Therapists and assistants
o Day Shift – Director, Lead PT, 4-5 PT’s, 5-6 PTA’s
o Night Shift – no nights
· Patient Ratios – varies on volume
· Type of equipment – Treatments beds, exercise balls, resistance bands, treadmills, exercise bikes
· EMR - Meditech
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
· BLS, 1 year current Hospital acute care, IP Rehab or SNF experience
· Must be able to work varied Day shift hours
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
· DPT
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
· Inpatient care to Orthopedic, cardiovascular, neurologic and general med/surg populations
· Schedule determined by surgical volume, weekends and holiday rotation
Best personality Fit:
· Critical thinker, patient care experience, team player
· Compassionate, technologically advanced, excellent time management
Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
· Scrub Color - - Grey scrubs

· 472 bed acute care medical/surgical facility and healthcare complex specializing in cardiovascular care, neuroscience, oncology services, orthopedics and bariatrics as well as Women’s Services.
