Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active California Occupational Therapy License required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Experience with ADL training, adaptive equipment recommendation, and functional mobility assessments preferred.
• Documentation experience with electronic medical records preferred.
