Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active California PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification may be required from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred; candidate with SNF experience is preferred by the client.
• Experience with electronic medical records, specifically NetHealth or PCC, preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload typically 40–60 patients and treat approximately 12–14 patients per day preferred.
• Prior experience working with long-term and short-term SNF populations preferred.
• Current resume required to submit as a substitute per client request.

• Caseload: facility has 126 beds and typically maintains a 40–60 patient caseload; about 12–14 patients treated per day.
• Patient types: long-term and short-term, standard SNF population.
• Staffing: in-house therapy staff; schedule is flexible.
• EMR: NetHealth/PCC experience preferred.
