Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Georgia Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience in an outpatient clinic setting preferred.
• Ability to evaluate, develop and implement treatment plans for an outpatient population, including orthopedic and post-operative patients.
• Documentation experience including goal writing, functional outcome measures, letters of medical necessity and charge entry using electronic medical records.
• New graduates allowed.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Duration: 13 week assignment.
• Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule, Monday through Friday (day shifts).
• Positions Available: 1.
• Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other area clinics as needed.
