Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Alabama PTA license or state license required to start the assignment.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Prior experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience providing restorative therapy services and familiarity with restorative program documentation preferred.
• Ability to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday with one weekend rotation per month.
• PT or PTA credential acceptable; PTA candidates must be supervised per state regulations.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Days: Monday through Friday, with one weekend rotation per month.
• Shift Type: Other (4x8 schedule indicated).
• May float to other nearby facilities as required by the client.
• Assignment Duration: 13 or 26 weeks available.
