Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Current, unencumbered state license to practice physical therapy in the state of assignment (must be valid for GA assignment).
• Current BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Home health experience or familiarity with home visit workflows preferred.
• Experience supervising or delegating to PTAs and home health aides preferred.
• Ability to complete patient evaluations, develop and update plans of care, and document per agency and state regulations.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and agency-required liability insurance for home visits.
• Proficiency with basic computer functions including electronic health records, email, and online training platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–3 years of physical therapy clinical experience preferred.
• Experience working within home health regulatory requirements (state-specific regulations familiarity preferred).

Assignment Details

• Shift name: Evenings.
• Shift pattern: 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift.
• Must perform home visits and evaluate home environments.
• May be required to supervise and evaluate PTAs and home health aides as assigned.
