Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Current, active, and unencumbered license to practice physical therapy in South Carolina or ability to obtain prior to start.
- BLS/CPR certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Home health experience preferred.
- Experience supervising or delegating to physical therapist assistants and home health aides preferred.
- Proficiency with basic computer functions, electronic documentation, email, and online training systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–3 years of clinical physical therapy experience preferred.
- Experience evaluating home environments and developing home-based treatment plans preferred.
- Familiarity with state-specific home health regulations preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift: Evenings, 5x8.
- Travel assignment in a home health setting.
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and agency-required liability insurance for home visits.

Impacting Patient Care
Provide skilled physical therapy services according to physicians' orders and agency plan of care. Perform patient evaluations, develop and update treatment plans, document patient progress, instruct and consult with family and agency staff, and participate in discharge planning. Supervise and evaluate assigned physical therapist assistants and home health aides as appropriate. Maintain compliance with applicable state home health regulations and agency policies.
