Description

We are seeking an adventurous and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join a school team on the stunning eastern Kenai Peninsula in Alaska. In this school-based role, you will support students in developing the functional, motor, sensory, and academic skills they need to thrive both in and out of the classroom. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team of educators and specialists while making a meaningful impact in the lives of students and families in a close-knit community.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Current state license in good standing with the Alaska State License Board.
- NBCOT Certification.
- Educator's License.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience providing occupational therapy in school-based settings.
- Experience conducting assessments and developing IEPs.
- Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary school teams.

Impacting Patient Care
Provide occupational therapy in a school-based setting. Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver goal-aligned therapy. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams. Maintain compliant documentation per district, state, and federal guidelines.
