Description
Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join as a traveling Physical Therapist in Portland, OR at a skilled nursing facility where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing work in a new location. Provide care for a resident population and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support functional outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Oregon Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
- Experience with NetHealth EMR preferred.
- Ability to manage a caseload typical of a skilled nursing facility, approximately 20–30 patients needing services daily.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience with documentation standards for skilled nursing and regulatory compliance preferred.
