Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Oklahoma physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
- Previous experience with geriatric rehabilitation, therapeutic exercise, and mobility training preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with restorative nursing programs and care plan development preferred.
- Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
