Join our team as a traveling Physical Therapist in Lisle, IL, providing home health therapy to patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions. This role uses Home Care Home Base EMR and supports therapists with orientation and productivity expectations.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Illinois Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Ability to travel to patient homes. Expected mileage varies and is approximately 25 miles per day.
• Experience with Home Care Home Base EMR is preferred.
• Productivity expectation: 30 visits per week for registered therapists.
• Orientation: 5-day orientation required.
• Client preference for home health experience. Candidates new to home health will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous home health therapy experience.
• Familiarity with navigating suburban and mixed urban-suburban caseloads in Northern Illinois.

• Shift Days: M-F.
• EMR: Home Care Home Base.
• Expected Mileage: around 25 miles per day.
• Productivity: 30 visits per week for registered therapists.
• Orientation: 5 days.
