Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Provide outpatient orthopedic evaluation and treatment in a clinic setting while collaborating with a team of therapists and reporting patient progress to in-house and specialty physicians. Communicate treatment plans and evaluations effectively. Assist colleagues in identifying clinical issues and contribute to positive patient outcomes.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA.
• Current, active Nevada physical therapy license required prior to starting the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience evaluating and treating musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate treatment plans and progress to multidisciplinary teams and referring physicians.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel or contract outpatient orthopedic clinic experience.
• Experience working with orthopedic surgeons, hand surgeons, or specialty physician referrals.
• Experience with electronic medical records used in outpatient therapy settings.

Assignment Details

• Behavior characteristic: Monday through Friday schedule.
• Duration: 13 week assignment.
• Candidate may be expected to work with a team of therapists in a clinic-based outpatient orthopedic setting.
