Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Wisconsin Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
- Ability to treat adults across the lifespan with orthopedic and post-operative conditions preferred.
- Client requires flexibility to work across Kenosha North and Midtown locations (split-site assignment).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with documented care plans and functional outcome measures in outpatient settings.
- Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
- Proficiency with electronic medical record systems preferred.
