Are you looking for a rewarding local role in a school-based physical therapy position. Join our team for a school-based contract assignment supporting elementary and middle school students in Aurora, IL. You will provide assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver goal-aligned therapy while collaborating with teachers, parents, and school teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Credentials evaluated by one of the following when applicable: FCCPT, ICD, ICA, IERF, or IEC.
• Current state license in good standing with the State License Board.
• Experience providing physical therapy in school-based settings or with pediatric populations.
• Ability to conduct assessments, write and implement IEPs, and maintain documentation per district, state, and federal guidelines.
• Availability to attend required orientation dates on 8/3 and 8/4 prior to the assignment start.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with elementary and middle school age students.
• Familiarity with school district procedures and collaborative team-based care.

Assignment Details

• Part time, 0.4 FTE.
• Orientation dates: 8/3 and 8/4.
• First day of work: 8/11/26.
• Last day of work: 5/21/27.
