Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a travel Speech-Language Pathologist and use your skills where they’re needed most. You will evaluate and treat adults and/or geriatric patients with communication and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing setting. Minimum Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Active New Jersey SLP license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
- Experience evaluating and treating dysphagia, cognitive-communication disorders, and use of standardized assessment tools preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior travel SLP experience preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 08:30-16:30.
- Shift Days: Monday through Friday.
- Guaranteed hours: 30 per week.
- Contract Weeks: 14-week assignment.
