Make a meaningful impact as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Cambridge, MA. We are seeking an experienced LCSW to advocate for adolescent patients, connect families to resources, and address behavioral health needs in an acute hospital setting. The role focuses on providing social work services for patients ages 3–17 on a psychiatric adolescent unit.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Current Massachusetts social work license in good standing. LCSW (LICSW) preferred and required for credentialing with the hospital; credentialing may take up to two months.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervised clinical social work experience. Resume must document 2+ years of social work experience for submission.
• CANS certification required at time of submittal.
• Acute care or hospital behavioral health experience required.
• Ability to work every other major holiday.
• Flu vaccine required during flu season.

Preferred Qualifications

• Charge capability highly preferred.
• Experience with adolescent behavioral health (patients age 3–17) preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 08:00–16:00 (note: unit shift variations reported as 8:30–17:00 and 8:00–16:30; confirm exact hours with recruiter).
• Schedule: Monday through Friday.
• Orientation: one week of orientation provided.
• Floating: not required.
• Scrub color: any color.
• Must work on alternating major holidays.
