• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Setting: Outpatient physical therapy
• Patient care includes 60-minute evaluation and treatment sessions
