Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- 1 year of experience required
- 1 year of level 1 trauma acute care experience required
- State Licensed
Assignment Details
- Monday through Friday, 0700-1530
- Start time could be flexible up to 0800
- Required to work one weekend during a 4 week period, Saturday and Sunday, with a day off during the applicable week
- May float within scope to any therapy service line to meet facility needs
