Minimum Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
- Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Alaska license required at time of submittal
- Flu vaccine required
- Pediatrics experience required
- Outpatient experience required
Assignment Details
- 1.0 FTE
- Clinic hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Shift days: Monday through Friday
- May provide services in off-site locations, community events, home visits, and remote locations
- Occasional multi-day travel to remote areas by boat or plane may be required
