Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Patient population includes general outpatient neuro, general outpatient ortho, sports/athletes, geriatrics, and post-op cases.
• Productivity expectations include 16 scheduled visits per day and 80 scheduled visits per week.
• Productivity expectations include 12 treated visits per day and 60 treated visits per week.
• Cancellation and no-show rate ranges from 25–30%.
• Expected evaluation volume includes 2 evals per day and 10 evals per week.
• Mentorship is available with local staff and district-wide evidence day.
