Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Neuro PT experience required
• Experience with Theraoffice required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 10-hour shifts
• Hours: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Must be available for later shift coverage for neuro
• 40 hours per week
• 1:1 evaluations
• 1:1 patient ratio for neuro
• Maximum of 2 patients per hour for ortho
