Description

 

  • Shift: 8-hour shifts
  • Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
  • Experience: 1–2 years PT experience in acute care or rehabilitation — required
  • Certifications/Requirements: Current state PT license, current CPR certification, driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
  • Unit/Role: Physical Therapist providing care to patients of all age groups, developing and implementing individualized Plans of Care, and treating neuromuscular, neurological, and orthopedic conditions
  • Key Responsibilities: Patient assessment, treatment planning, mobility/transfer training, therapeutic exercises, DME instruction, patient/family education, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an APTA-approved program — required
  • Home Care: Previous home care experience preferred
