Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Outpatient PT experience
• Physical Therapist credential required to start
• HEP B required to start
• TB required to start
• Tdap required to start

Assignment Details

• Schedule includes Monday through Friday.
• Variable shifts throughout the week.
• Clinic hours are 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Thursday, and 7:00 am to 4:30 pm on Friday.
• Schedule structure may include 5x8s or 4x10s.
• Documentation system: NextGen.
• Patient population includes adult, elementary-high school aged, and geriatric patients.
• Cases seen include general orthopedic, post-op, and sports medicine.
• Productivity expectation is 50 patients per week with dovetailed treatment sessions.
• Evaluation times include 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute treatment blocks with 60-minute treatment sessions.
• No floating required.
• Dress code is business casual with closed-toe shoes.
