Pros

Super friendly- like easy to talk to, cares about you, think BRF (best recruiter friend!). Genuinely cares too! She takes time to discuss your preferences and has guided me to hospital assignments that were awesome! The personal connection that Arielle delivers helps in the process of being (or becoming) a travel nurse. She helped me on my first contract over a year ago (which does take time and is quite the process). But when working with Arielle, it's streamlined into an efficient process. No stress, just vibes. And she's been stuck with me since!! I'm on my 5th contract. She's awesome! Highly recommend!

Cons

She'll know TOO much about you! Bahahaha!
