Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work 4 ten-hour shifts per week
• Scheduled every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees
• On-call schedule includes 2 call teams with approximately 15-18 days per month
• Must be able to scrub for Left Heart Cath/Right Heart Cath/PCI/STEMI/Peripherals
• Must be able to monitor patients as well as scrub
• Float to prep/recovery area as needed for support
• Work with procedures including Diagnostic Left Heart Cath, PCI, STEMI, Stroke, Carotid Stenting, Peripheral diagnostic and intervention
• Work with equipment including GE Innova, OCT, Boston IVUS, Impella, IABP, RotoPro, CSI, Penumbra
• Use MacLab/Meditech documentation system and Meditech EMR
• 1+ years of experience acceptable
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and RCIS or RCES or RT(R)
• Dress code requires ceil blue scrubs (supplied by facility)
• Work with 5-10 physicians and dedicated charge nurse for daily flow coordination
