Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available
Opportunity:
Rad Tech - Interventional Radiology
Job Details:
• Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM with call responsibilities
• Average 13 call days per month with 1-2 weekends
• Call teams consist of 2 techs and 2 nurses per day
• Work with Phillips equipment (2 biplanes and 1 single plane)
• Use Meditech EMR and GE Centricity PACS systems
• Dress code requires steel grey scrubs
• Perform neuro interventional procedures including thrombectomies, coilings, MMA's, and spinal angiograms
• Handle IR body cases such as g tubes, biopsies, PCNs, Mediports, and TIPS
• Conduct trauma angiograms including spleen, liver, GDA, and renal procedures
• ARRT certification required
• Must have neuro interventional experience
• Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience required
• VI registry preferred
• Meditech experience preferred
• Phillips equipment experience preferred
• Must be a team player who adapts to different physician preferences and enjoys taking call
• No floating to other areas required

This healthcare facility features a comprehensive interventional radiology department with 3 procedure suites and a team of 10 staff members including 6 RNs and 4 technologists. The department specializes in advanced neuro interventional procedures, trauma angiograms, and general IR body cases. The facility operates state-of-the-art Phillips imaging equipment and maintains modern electronic medical record systems to support high-quality patient care and efficient workflow processes.

Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
