RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - PCU

Job Details:

• Work day shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
• Every other weekend required
• 13-week assignment duration
• Patient ratio of 4 to 1
• Must have active Alabama state license or multistate license with no prior hits
• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS
• Minimum 1+ years recent stepdown or ICU experience required
• Cerner experience preferred
• Must live greater than 50 miles from the facility
• Provide patient care utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning safe care delivery
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
• Delegate patient care priorities and provide supervision of assigned personnel
• Hold shift accountability for Progressive Care Unit/Telemetry patient care
