Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Day shift from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• Five 8-hour days per week, full-time position
• Primary assignment at PMC location with required float capability to Main campus OR as staffing needs require
• Must be willing to stay past scheduled block time to finish the day's scheduled cases
• Weekend requirement: No, but can volunteer to pick up call at Main campus
• On-call requirement: None
• Required certifications: Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license, BLS and ACLS certification via AHA
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
• 1 year of experience in related nursing specialty preferred
• Provide routine and complex nursing care utilizing the nursing process
• Address psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
• Administer medications and treatments while monitoring for side effects
• Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care provided
• Assess learning needs and provide education to patients and family members
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate to other care providers
• Practice independently with awareness of all relevant aspects of clinical situations

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
