RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to Emergency Room patients utilizing the Nursing Process
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgement and leadership in patient care planning
• Hold shift accountability for safe delivery of care in the Emergency Department
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
• Delegate patient care priorities based on available staff education and experience
• Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care
• Must have 2 years recent emergency room experience
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP & TNCC (must be through American Heart Association)
• Wyoming RN or multi-state RN license required
• May need to float between Lander and Riverton campuses depending on facility census
• Work in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies and procedures
