Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work 4 x 10 hour rotating day shifts from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• Full-time position with ASAP start date
• Weekend requirement: 2 weekends per month with 12-hour call shifts (Saturday + Sunday = 1 weekend)
• On-call requirement: 1 night call per week
• Floating within surgical services required
• Use EPIC electronic medical record system
• Dress code: Graphite Grey Scrubs
• Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license required
• BLS Certification from AHA required
• Coordinate and implement patient care specific to age of patient population served
• Perform initial assessments and establish priorities according to patient age, symptoms and psychosocial needs
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care within established timeframes
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning
• Perform various Point of Care testing procedures
• Graduate of accredited Registered Nursing program required

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
