RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• 8-week assignment duration
• Start date available as soon as possible
• Minimum 1+ years of Emergency Room nursing experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Provide care to Emergency Room patients utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment and leadership in emergency patient care
• Plan and deliver safe patient care in the Emergency Department
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
• Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience
• Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care
• Hold shift accountability for emergency room operations
