Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.
Opportunity:
RN - Cardiac Cath Lab
Job Details:
• Work 4-day schedule with 10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• On-call requirements: 1-2 weekends per month, 8-10 days per month
• No floating requirements between locations
• Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license required
• BLS Certification from AHA required
• Coordinate and implement patient care specific to cardiac cath lab procedures
• Obtain and record initial patient assessments and establish care priorities
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Perform various Point of Care testing procedures
• Participate in patient health education and discharge planning
• Delegate unit work assignments appropriately
• Coordinate team assignments and make adjustments based on patient needs
• Participate in orientation of new staff and students
• Maintain positive attendance and communicate any absences in advance
• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program required
• Current knowledge and skills appropriate to cardiac patient population served required

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
