RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

RN - Endoscopy

Job Details:

• Work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Patient ratio of 1:1
• On-call responsibilities required with 30-minute response time
• Call schedule varies between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd call mixed with weekdays and weekends over an 8-week period
• Typically 7-8 on-call shifts per assignment period
• Must have minimum 1 year current acute care hospital experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Ability to function in multiple service lines preferred
• Meditech experience preferred
• Transplant and spine experience preferred
• Work in 8 operating rooms supporting various procedures including orthopedic, ENT, urology, spine, general, GYN, endoscopy, plastics, and cardiac cases
• Utilize various types of equipment including Belmont rapid infusion
• Work with Meditech EMR system
• Collaborate with charge RNs, RNs, CSTs, and anesthesia staff
• Strong teamwork skills with providers and staff required
• Patient care experience is a priority
