Allied Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available
Opportunity:
Special Procedures Tech - Radiology
Job Details:
• Work day shift from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• On-call requirement includes 1 weekend per month and 1 night per week
• Perform both outpatient and inpatient procedures during regular hours
• Handle an average of 10-12 procedures per day
• Work with advanced imaging equipment including 2 Philips biplanes and 1 GE single plane system
• Perform embolization, Y-90 procedures, peripheral interventions, trauma cases, drain placements, biopsies, and spine work
• Handle stroke thrombectomy, neuro coiling, and diagnostic cerebral cases
• Minimum 6 months of current IR Tech experience required
• Must have BLS and ARRT (R) certifications
• Active Kansas licensure required
• Prior stroke experience and travel experience to large trauma facilities preferred
• Must be flexible with change and able to handle stressful cases
• Patient care experience is a priority
• Positive outlook and ability to work well under pressure essential

Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
